The Delonghi 14-cup (70 oz.) capacity coffee maker features a 24 hour programmable timer that is convenient and easy to use. Just set the timer the night before, and wake up to the aroma of fresh brewed coffee. The washable nylon filter is durable and easy to clean. The internal water level indicator lets you know how much water is in the tank. Shower head design helps to extract your coffee's full, natural flavor by allowing water to completely saturate all coffee grounds.
The Aroma Button actives a unique brewing process that enhances the flavor and aroma of your coffee. To achieve this full-bodied flavor, the coffee maker advances through several continuous cycles. During the cycles, water is released into the filter basket in 30 second intervals. This special time-released process saturates grounds a little at a time to extract the best flavor and aroma from your coffee. This feature should also be used when brewing a small batch of coffee to extract the most powerful flavors.
The non-stick warming plate keeps coffee hot after brewing is complete. The Pause 'n Serve function allows you to interrupt the brewing cycle and pour a cup of coffee before the full pot is brewed. Convenient cord storage keeps power cord out of harm's way when coffee maker is not in use.
Customer Review: Great bargain for even better coffee
I bought this coffee maker at target for 34 dollars and am so happy! It was cheaper than the black and decker i was expecting to have to buy due to funds and this one was cheaper! It makes a great cup of coffee. dark, and not bitter. i love the design, it looks more like it belongs on my counter than a traditional coffee maker.
Customer Review: great purchase
bought this for the features, price, and brand's reputation. Very satisfied. The person I bought it from also, a great experience. Would definitely buy this brand again and would patronize this person, again. Thank you, Amazon!!

K-Cup Adapter for B40 Elite, B50 Ultra, B60 Special Edition Keurig brewer / Allows you to use any gourmet ground coffee desired in your Keurig brewer
Customer Review: VERY durable and easy to clean!
I own 3 of these, and I've literally made HUNDREDS of cups of coffee with them and my Keurig B40 Elite Gourmet Single-Cup Home-Brewing System, and I have yet to have any broken screens or filter holders. I usually rinse them out after making a cup of coffee and then reuse them throughout the day, only putting them into the dishwasher at the end of the day.
I recommend a fairly fine grind with this device -- not quite as fine as you'd use with espresso, but fairly close.
My favorite use of these is to make iced coffee for friends and relatives who come over. You can crank out a few cups very quickly, pour over ice and a bit of milk, and you've got a VERY refreshing beverage that will please alot of folks.
Plus, using your own ground coffee is much cheaper than the K-Cups. I like to keep an assortment of K-Cups for company and parties, but for everyday use, I use these reusable coffee filters exclusively.
I prefer the taste of coffee made with a French press if one has the time, but you can get an almost identically-tasting cup of coffee in moments with these in this unit, and clean-up is a snap. This is one of my favorite inventions! Highly recommended.
Customer Review: If your coffee is too weak using My K-Cup . . .
. . . don't give up without some experimentation. I finally achieved good results with 2 supermarket brands: Maxwell House Slow Roast and Seattle's Best Breakfast Blend. I added coffee almost to the top of the mesh, tapping the filter on the counter to settle the coffee uniformly with each spoonful. The key is to get as much coffee as possible into the filter without packing it in too tightly or allowing any grounds to remain on the rim of the filter basket. Use the small cup setting. Near the end of the brewing process there is a spurt of what looks like clear water. If you remove your mug before this final spurt, the coffee will be stronger. I simply swap out my mug with another cup and dump that last ounce or so down the drain. Now that I am happy with the taste of my coffee using My K-Cup, the only negative comment I can make about this accessory is that there is some slight splashing during the brewing process. But dealing with that still takes far less time than it did to clean my old conventional coffeemaker.

Thermos Nissan 34-Ounce Vacuum Insulated Stainless-Steel Gourmet Coffee Press
Don't confine the pleasure of pressed coffee to home. With this combination of coffee press and vacuum-insulated thermos, European-style coffee turns up at the office or campground and stays hot three times longer than coffee made in a glass press. Simply spoon in ground coffee, add boiling water, place the lid on with plunger in the up position, wait four minutes, push down the plunger slowly, and . . . Presto! Fresh, piping-hot coffee for two or three hours. Lightweight and virtually unbreakable, the press has a handsome, satin-finish exterior and tough, nonslip, black plastic top and bottom. The press parts and smooth interior clean with sponge or cloth. --Fred Brack
Customer Review: Thermos Nissan Coffee Press is great!
We love our Nissan coffee press. We had broken two or three glass coffee presses before we purchased this one. This french press is durable and easy to clean. We use it for camping trips, but we also use it everyday.
Customer Review: Tops In My Book!!
I absolutely love my Nissan 34-oz. French Press Coffee thermos/maker. I had more problems unpacking it than anything else as it was so well packed for shipping!
After a quick wash-up - I put it up for my first cup. Oh my, what a treat! It has operated with out a hitch for close to a month now and I anticipate no problems.
I recommend this unit to all that appreciate that special cup of coffee every time. I also purchased a Proctor Silex, K2070 Electric Kettle - My Coffee Bar is complete and I am a happy camper :)

Krups Brunch Collection Pro Aroma SS Therm Coffeemaker, model FMF5
Customer Review: Very poor design
The pot spout was designed by the dribble cup inventor. When filling the tank, it is impossible to get the water into it without spilling water on the counter. The shape of the spout is what causes the problem.
If you like luke warm coffee as my wife does, you will love this machine. When I read the instructions to determine where there may be a temperature adjustment, they say to heat the pot by filling it with very hot water and rinsing it before starting the brew! I have to do this every time I make coffee just to avoid a tepid cup. They know this is a serious problem yet attempted to fix the poor design with consumer intervention.
I bought this because it had good reviews and came from a good manufacturer. Krups needs to remove this from the market.
Customer Review: Couldn't be better...
This coffee maker is the best--perfectly brewed coffee every time with a carafe that keeps the coffee hot forever. The automatic turn off means you don't have to worry about a thing. I wouldn't own another, in fact I own two of these.

Customer Review: I use it happily every day
This is a great product. It works well and is easy to use. What more can you ask for?
Customer Review: Coffee side broken
DON'T BUY THIS MACHINE, I AM WITH THE OTHER REVIEWS AND FEEL LIKE I SHOULD HAVE JUST TAKEN $200 AND FLUSHED IT DOWN THE TOILET.
I bought this machine about 3 months ago, and it worked fine initially.
Made good coffee, and espresso was good, although the steamer worked fairly good. Then it developed a large leak whenever the coffee maker was filled with water. I eventually took the back and bottom off to see if it was a simple fix. Turns out the plastic outlet fitting from the bottom of the water reservoir was all cracked and in pieces. A part of the plastic fitting had worked it's way into the tubing. I am on hold now to see if I can get this repaired under warranty, but honestly, probably be worth buying something else at this point. By the time I pay for shipping this, etc.

Customer Review: Coleman 9-Cup Coffee Enamelware Percolator (Blue)
tried 2 different percolators recently that were not well constructed compared to the coleman (lids did not interlock into the bases securely to prevent coffee from splattering all over stove). That's not the case with this coleman; it's a solid percolator. My only complaint is the lack of a clear glass piece on the top of the lid to identify when the coffee actually starts to perk.
Customer Review: Great camping or home percolator
This is coated with a very hard enamel that should hold up for years in the outdoors. It can also be great for home use. The actual bin where you put the coffee is kind of thin but works. I think is was made this way to make it light as possible for transport to the campsite. It really looks great on any retro stove you may have or looks fine on a new one too. I like this product that makes coffee anywhere, over a fire or on a stove.

Customer Review: Works well, wish it were bigger
This is a great product, though it was smaller than I had anticipated. The seller was very prompt, no problems whatsoever.
Customer Review: very poor construction and unbelievably slow
The construction of this espresso maker is rotten. The coffee canister came with 3 cracks/dents and after the initial wash, there was already rust forming on the screws that holds the handle in place. It took me 14 minutes to brew coffee! I sent it right back to Amazon. Need I say more?

This beautiful espresso maker was the first Alessi object designed for the kitchen after the 30's by Richard Sapper and is on display in the Permanent Design Collection at the MOMA in New York. Made in Italy
Customer Review: After trying everything else . . . this is the best!
Purchased my Alessi after trying several machines -- most incredibly expensive, including a pod-type machine that was breaking the bank in pods alone. Everything was complicated, NOISY, terrible to clean, and way too complicated for my husband to attempt first thing in the morning. Tried the typical aluminum pot used on many Italian stovetops. I just couldn't seem to duplicate the espresso found in better coffee shops (NOT Starbucks, mind you).
This little pot looks unobtrusive and is deceptively simple. Easy to clean, to fill, to make GREAT espresso. Mine makes only one cup but it brews so quickly and quietly -- a pleasant hissing signals completion.

Customer Review: Great machine, saves me loads of money and very reliable
I bought the EAM3400 from Starbucks in Northern New York in 2007, and wouldn't trade it for anything. Before I begin my accolades on the machine, let me dispel a few problems that folks seem to have with the machine: Issue: It won't stop frothing --Solution: Raise the steamed-milk container higher on the frothing nozzle until it goes past the "raised ring", this will not allow air into the nozzle by closing the pinhole on the nozzle and you can stop the frothing. Need to restart frothing? Just lower your milk container below the "raised ring" again. Issue: It's noisy--Solution: Take cups off the top, they rattle. The rest of noise is just the art of creating good coffee. Issue: Durgol (Swiss decalcifying liquid) costs $11.00 a bottle! Solution: Use 1/2 of a bottle of coffee-cleaner solution that you can buy at your grocery store...in other words, just substitute the same quantity of coffee-cleaner solution and you won't have any issues. I've done this for a year and a half and it works great.
Now on to the review part--I am a displaced Wahington State "Seattlite" (actually from Puyallup), who needs a regular espresso/cappuccino fix every morning to get going. So, rather than spend over $1000.00 a year on coffee (that's $3.00/day for 365), I now only spend about $380 a year (Milk x 3 at $4.00, Cleaner x 1 at $4.00, beans x 2 at $8.00 PER MONTH x 12). So, now I save over $600/year by using this machine. Trust me, it pays off. Here is what I find great about the machine: I wake up, stumble to the kitchen, turn on the machine, and either wait 1 minute for it to warm up, or after walking the dogs it's ready to go. Prime the steam, steam the milk, select 1 shot, add in the steamed milk and some sugar--it's done. I add beans about every 3 days (don't fill the container inside unless you plan on using all of the beans in only several days...they get stale), and fill the water container with fresh water every 3 days as well (tastes better). Other than that, the only maintenance-intensive part of the process is cleaning the steam nozzle(s), but I've developed a routine that I clean them while the machine works on the espresso portion of the process I've mentioned above (clean the pin-hole, clean the nozzle-opening, clean the steamer opening...). Too easy.
I've found that with a little practice (let's say 4-5 tries after you first get the machine), you can EASILY have a latte or cappuccino that is just as good if not far better than Starbucks. I only use Starbucks beans...I've found that the commercial giant provides lot's of product turn-over in my local grocery store so the beans are fresher than illy or Ecco Caffe. I use only Verona whole bean or Espresso whole bean. If you want a "regular" cup of coffee, this machine will only do Americanas. You can adjust the output of the Americana to fit a larger cup, but you will probably get caffeine overload from the constant saturation of the "hockey-puck" compressed coffee in the infuser and then into your cup. Trust me, if you want to wake up, an Americana is the way to do it with this machine (I'd say about 150-180mg of caffeine) I stay away from the Americana unless I'm needing a serious caffeine fix. My days of drinking 2 pots a day are over, so I consider myself an ex-caffeine junky who now prefers quality taste to quantity.
How can I compare the EAM3400 to commercial Barista machines? Well, the EAM3400 doesn't "channel", ie break the "hockey-puck" of coffee in the infuser when under pressure, which indicates a reliable pour each time from the EAM3400. Additionally, you can adjust the brew time by using the grind adjustment until it reaches your ideal 22-23 second "double" pour. The crema is done by pressure and not by enhancement by the machine (no tricks by Delonghi here), and the pre-infusion definitely adds flavor and quality to the shots. You really can't check for "tiger-striping" in the pour as it is hidden from view while coming out of two nozzles, but you can adjust the machine right to provide the correct results: 1: I set my grind to "1 or 2" on the burr-grinder adjustment in the bean-reservoir; 2: I set the temp of the water to "Warm" not "hot", which means it will pre-infuse and use warm (it's still hot, trust me) water for the espresso. You can easily set it to "hot" for an Americana if you want, then switch it back quickly to "warm" for espresso. I do this because it enables better crema and taste, I've found the "hot" to be just that--too hot for the best taste of a shot or a double-shot.
What about taking it to work? Well, I wouldn't recommend taking your machine to work for the following reasons: 1: Your co-workers using it will not take care of it like you will (damage infuser or frother...more likely frother); 2: It requires emptying of the used coffee container, and drip-tray about 1x a week (better to do it more often if you are a clean-freak), and a good wipe-down and inside vacuum every 2 weeks. So, I'd recommend against it unless you are surrounded at work by type-A personalities who are clean-freaks that appreciate espresso and take care of your EAM3400 like it was their own.
What about cleaning and maintenance? I referenced what's needed in the above paragraph, but there are 4 things you must do weekly, and 3 additional things you will most likely do at least 1x a month...here goes: 4 things weekly: Add beans, add water (old water tastes nasty...you try it and you'll agree that 4-day old water is gross), empty out the used coffee container, empty out and scrub the drip-tray. The 3 additional things monthly are: Decalcify (it will tell you when based upon water hardness that you test and set on the machine), clean infuser, clean inside of machine (ie vacuum and wipe-down). That's it. Too easy.
Good luck. I hope this review helps you determine whether you stay with your current coffee-maker or upgrade to something that helps you save money and provides great espresso. I know it was the right decision for me, and that it curbed my excessive espresso budget significantly while not diminishing my expectations of good espresso (of course someone will disagree and say that Starbucks doesn't take espresso far enough...good for you...go farther!).
Customer Review: EAM3200
I've owned the EAM3200 for nearly 2 years and am still amazed with the quality of this machine and especially the coffee/espresso it produces. Others have already written all the accolades of owning this machine and how satisfying the java is that it brews... except for one issue that I believe needs to be noted. If you truly want to taste just the coffee and nothing else, use distilled water. Distilled water is 100% neutral and adds no mineral flavor or alteration to the real flavor of the coffee bean whatsoever (may I also suggest you roast your own beans to maximize freshness and flavor), and the side benefit of this is that your machine will virtually never need to be decalcified as there will be no mineral buildup. I am truly amazed at how no one has discovered this or mentioned it before. Not only do you eliminate the need to decalcify your machine, but you get the true flavor of the coffee as no other water can deliver. Do yourself a favor and go stock up on gallon bottles of distilled water, which costs less than a dollar per gallon at Wal-Mart and most grocery stores. You will taste the difference and won't have to spend a ridiculous amount of money on Durgol decalcifying liquid.

Capresso 454 CoffeeTEAM-S Coffee Maker/Burr Grinder Combination Bundle
The new Capresso Coffee Team S replaces the popular Coffee Team Luxe with some cosmetic upgrades and the same great operation that made these coffee makers instant classics. The Coffee TEAM is the only combination machine with a CONICAL BURR GRINDER! Just pour in the beans, program the time AND the amount of coffee to be ground , Other grind and brew coffee makers on the market use an inferior blade grinder. The conical burr grinder used in the Coffee TEAM S gives a more even grind, less mess and the bean hopper can be filled and the coffee maker programmed to grind and brew just the right amount of coffee. Electronic Charcoal Filter Indicator An internal counter registers how often you turn the coffee maker on. It assumes that it makes a pot of coffee each time the machine is turned on. After 60 pots of coffee the green indicator light starts blinking. Replace the charcoal filter and push and hold the filter button until the green light stops blinking and stays illuminated. TIP: Once the charcoal filter is wet, certain cleaning agents will diminish over time. Replace the charcoal filter at least every six weeks or when the indicator light blinks, whichever comes first. If you dont use the charcoal system, push the filter button and the green light will turn off. Programming the Right Amount of Coffee You can get almost any strength of coffee from your CoffeeTEAM grind and brew coffee maker. Maximum coffee will be ground in choosing "10" and the "dark" cup and setting the fineness to the large dot. When filling the water container with 50 oz. (10 cups) of coffee it will give you a strong coffee. If you prefer an even stronger coffee, fill only 7 or 8 cups of water (35 to 40 oz.) into the water tank. If you prefer a very mild coffee set the grinder one or two levels below the amount of coffee you want to brew, e.g. set the grinder to "6" and fill the water tank with 8 or 10 cups (40 to 50 oz.). + Bean Vac Coffee Canister

Customer Review: It makes and keeps the tea HOT/BUT I had some troubles. Give it 3 stars instead.
Addendum to 5 star review:
I bought it in July and by August the coating was peeling from the bottom of the kettle. I contacted customer service via the email through their website. Customer service was excellent and I received a replacement quickly.
Apparently, this is the first they've heard of such a problem.
If there is a defect, be prepared to pay for shipping and handling for returns. It adds eleven or more dollars to the price. I don't feel the customer should pay anything additional for a manufacture defect.
I hope my new kettle has no problems.
Earlier review:
Tea strength is adjusted by how much tea is used. It percolates (boiling temperature) water through the filter tray (two different mesh baskets included-one is a finer mesh). The temperature of the water makes a big difference in taste. It does a good job with both bagged and loose teas as well as herbals. I used some of my higher quality (i.e. more expensive teas) and the results were good. Just know your tea and how much to put in. Remember to put it on "warm" mode once it's made the tea. It does a thirty second reheat without steeping the tea again. I wouldn't let tea sit for more than an hour or more. I did it and the tea was a bit stronger. Just like coffee sitting in a pot too long, tea is best when fresh.
Safety wise, it's a winner for me. I have kids, so no boiling kettle to worry about. If you don't have kids, no worry about a kettle boiling dry. This tea maker has a safety shut off.
I LOVE that it is cordless.
Getting the basket into the carafe can be tricky at first, but I've gotten the hang of it. You have to line up the baskets with the carafe near the handle and then the stem connects to the bottom.
Customer Review: works good
I was not sure when I started using it if that it was working well, but it was a matter of time, waiting for the water to go through the top takes a while (3 minutes...?)
Other than that, it works great as it supposes to do.
And price is reasonable.

Customer Review: Does not work well with a Keurig B40 !
I own a Keurig B40. When I read the great reviews, I thought it would be the perfect replacement for Keurig My K-Cup. Unfortunately due to the wide opening on the bottom of the holster and the wider spout on Keurig B40, coffee squirts all over the counter while it's brewing. If you own a coffee maker with a narrow spout, this may not be an issue for you.
To prevent the coffee from squirting all over the counter, I have to hold my cup right underneath the spout. Needless to say, I'll be returning the holster.
I found that the better solution is to use my Keurig My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter with the coffee filter and a pod. My K-cup has a narrow spout which contains the coffee to one stream and clean up is so much easier with the use of a pod.
Customer Review: I USE THE OTHER ACCESSORY WITH FILTER INSTEAD
I bought this Pod Holster product to switch from K-cups to reduce cost & also to avoid the K-cups due to the K-cup not being recyclable. The Pod Holster works ok, but due to problems with grounds in my cup (YES, I PUSHED THE SPRING IN TIGHTLY!),it really needs a fine mesh screen over the bottom. I decided to use my-already-purchased accessory with which you can put in coffee grounds of your own to make coffe, in place of the K-cups. I just popped in the small fine-mesh filter which came with the accessory called Keurig filter assembly, or just buy the baskets which are spares for the filter assembly, as you don't need to snap out or replace the main bucket in the machine. The pod is squished into this filter just like the holster & avoids coffee grounds & is just as easy to throw away the used pod and rinse the filter, if necessary. If you do not have the other accessory and are considering the holster, I would just buy the accessory.

Customer Review: Great Stovetop Espresso Maker!!
This little espresso maker is excellent for making espresso drinks. It is so simple to use. Now I can have those pricey espresso drinks for a fraction of the cost!! And I can have that extra shot or two of espresso without the extra cost! It is very easy to use. It takes no time at all to make the espresso. Cleanup is a breeze. The pot is made of good quality stainless steel. This little pot will pay for itself in no time!! It is an excellent product at an excellent price.
Customer Review: The best stove top espresso maker yet
This was fantastic. Great quality stainless steel. It produces a smooth cup of espresso. I had the 'ever so popular' hex shape one and hated it. This pours perfectly unlike the other one which spills all over the place. You cannot go wrong with this. Great price, great quality.

Customer Review: I Love You Mr. Coffee
I have a new love in my life. It's "Mr. Coffee NLX5 4- Cup Coffeemaker". When I wake up in the morning, the aroma hits me immediately. He's already there, waiting with 4 cups(actually 2 mugs) of fresh brewed coffee for me. I can program him to any time I want that first pick-me-up, of the morning. And if I happen to wake up a little early and catch Mr. Coffee in the middle of brewing, and I have to have it right away, I am able to pour myself a cup and he'll stop brewing midstream, so none drips onto the warming plate. Ahhhhh! He then returns to the brewing process, so I can have seconds. No waiting!
Mr. Coffee has some other great features that attracted me immediately to him. The filter basket(use basket type for 4-cup) lifts out for neater emptying of used grounds. If I ignore him he'll shut himself off automatically.(it says an hour for auto shut-off here, but my guy goes for 2 hours before turning off). No worry about leaving the coffee to burn away and ruin my decanter. The timer used for presetting my pot of coffee, also makes a nice little kitchen clock. The power cord has a little storage compartment so it stays up and off the counter. I also notice one other nice little feature. If the decanter is not sitting exactly right, the coffee will not drip, again not allowing the warmer plate to get wet or ruined! I also always know whether Mr. Coffee is turned on(or off) as there is an indicator light too.
Mr. Coffee works great every time.My relationship with Mr. Coffee NLX5 has lasted nearly 3 years now. He never complains. He's easy. Easy to use, easy to love and has never let me down. Mr. Coffee is also attractive and comes with a great instruction booklet on the care and feeding. He's juuust right! Perfect for a single!
I love you Mr. Coffee!...Laurie
